Let’s face it, the times have changed. BIG TIME. Vacationing in the Northwoods has changed. We now have guests who are here long-term. Or, they’re heading this way more frequently. Heck, do you blame them? They’re working remotely, the kids are attending school virtually too, so why not! Many see the wide open spaces, woods, lakes, fresh air, and blue northern skies as a safe oasis. A place to get away from it all.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

Northwoods getaways aren’t just for relaxing with a fishing pole in your hand any longer. People are now looking for ways that they can “escape” while staying plugged in. If you have a cabin or vacation home, now is definitely the time to get hooked up with Wi-Fi. It’s an amenity that’s soon going to be considered a necessity! If you’re a property manager (in my opinion), this is something that should be heavily encouraged!

But, it doesn’t stop there! We all know that cell service can be sketchy in the Northwoods. In a day of virtual menus and online order finalizing, Wi-Fi is beneficial in nearly every business that offers in-person services. After all, a happy customer will return. And nothing will make their day like free Wi-Fi in the woods!
